Are you a hands-on technologist with a passion for modern development, AI-driven automation, and the ability to navigate the complexities of large organizations? For our client, a major Swiss bank, we are looking for a Technical Integration & AI Innovation Specialist to help us bring an advanced AI solution into our enterprise banking environment, drive internal adoption, and spark new ideas for future innovation.

This is a unique part-time opportunity (40%) with high visibility, the chance for significant impact, and strong potential for extension and increased hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Integration and Enablement:

  • QA Automation & Agentic AI:
Take a key role in demonstrating and advancing the use of QA automation in combination with Agentic AI technologies. Support internal projects that explore how large language models, automation frameworks, and next-gen agentic architectures can transform software quality and speed.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, effectively communicating the value of the solution and creating excitement and understanding among internal stakeholders.

  • Awareness & Enablement:

Champion the potential of agentic AI and automation, facilitating workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and supporting the launch of pilot projects.

  • Innovation Scouting:

Collaborate with business representatives to identify further opportunities for AI-driven automation and other high-impact technology use cases.

  • Enterprise Navigation:

Work within complex corporate structures, understanding organizational dynamics and leveraging strong communication and influencing skills to get things done.
