For our client, a leading global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions, we are searching for an experienced Consultant to drive process excellence and digital transformation in global Sales Operations.
In this role you will partner with Business Stakeholders from Sales, Sales Delivery, Marketing, and Architects to design, optimize, and implement CRM-driven processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Your focus will be on lead-, account- and opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and account planning - ensuring that the global sales organization operates efficiently and data-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Orchestration and Alignment: Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT teams - bringing together diverse perspectives, priorities, and interests to build consensus and drive unified solutions.
Workshop Facilitation and Process Design: Plan and conduct workshops to gather requirements, define target processes, and co-create solution concepts for lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and account planning.
CRM and Sales Process Advisory: Actively advise business stakeholders on best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service - focusing on process optimization, efficiency gains, and data quality throughout the customer journey.
Standard vs. Custom Guidance: Guide stakeholders toward leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and configuration capabilities of D365 - advising when to use standard features vs. when custom development is truly necessary, ensuring long-term maintainability and sustainable solutions.
Change Management and Adoption: Support the organization through the introduction of new processes and tools - through targeted communication, stakeholder engagement, and continuous alignment with key users across all regions.
Translation Between Business and IT: Translate business requirements into clear concepts for implementation teams - ensuring technical solutions truly reflect business needs and strategic objectives.
Rollout and Testing Coordination: Organize and steer test phases and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - coordinating relevant stakeholder participation and ensuring feedback is captured and addressed systematically.
Documentation and Governance: Ensure clear, traceable documentation of processes, decisions, and requirements in line with corporate governance standards.
