Your Key Responsibilities:
- As Managing Director & Partner, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for the company, driving business development in data engineering.
- Oversee all operational and commercial processes, from acquiring new projects to ensuring success-ful execution and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage your existing network to expand the business and strengthen Callista's market position in the data engineering industry.
- Build and continuously develop a team of data specialists, ensuring close collaboration across depart-ments.
- Develop long-term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support the company’s growth.
- Define and implement strategies for growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Achieve location turnover and net profit targets, with full Profit and Loss responsibility.
- Lead recruitment activities and manage a team of Consultants, Recruiters, and Sales Support staff.
- Act as a mentor to direct reports, ensuring effective team development.
- Ensure business operations comply with best practices and current legislation.
- Provide detailed management reports and insights as required.
- Negotiate commercial contracts with customers and ensure the delivery of best-in-class service.
- Implement and execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy.
- Identify staffing needs, issues, and opportunities.
Your Key Tasks:
- Maintain regular contact with customers to secure future inquiries and ensure satisfaction with their placements.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering Team at Callista Group AG in Switzerland to drive business initiatives.
- Ensure Recruitment Specialists meet their targets and objectives.
- Attend and chair board meetings, conducting monthly feedback sessions with team members.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain cost control and ensure budget adherence.
