We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Data and AI Presales Consultant who understands AI from the ground up. With a foundation in technology and experience as a consultant, you’ll bring your expertise to our team to design AI-based solutions, support the sales process, and create tailored proposals that resonate with clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design AI solutions
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, serving as the technical expert.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their pain points, business goals, and challenges
  • Provide technical thought leadership to customers on how to best leverage AI Technologies.
  • Support pre-sales activities like conducting sales presentations, leading solutioning, scoping discussions, workshops, estimating consulting engagement efforts in partnership with the sales team.
  • Architect and design tailored solutions to address specific client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of emerging trends in AI.

Job requirements

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales support, or solutions architect role, preferably within AI, machine learning, or similar solutions
  • Strong practical knowledge of AI/ML technologies and frameworks, with the ability to translate technical features into business value
  • Strong practical experience with cloud AI services such as Databricks, Snowflake or Fabric
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills combined with a quick understanding of a situation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment where innovation and collaboration are valued
  • Down-to-earth and pragmatic results-oriented attitude
  • Fluency in English and German
